When my kids were little, I had a home-based candy business that evolved from making holiday treats for friends, to selling items to co-workers, and spending every weekend selling at local craft fairs and festivals.
While I still enjoy making an occasional batch of Almond Buttercrunch, nothing makes me happier than baking a triple layer cake or simple batch of chocolate chip cookies and seeing the smile on the recipients faces when they open the box and find the treats inside!
